What you’ll be doing

As a Service Manager working in our Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Talking Therapies service you will provide operational management, service development, and be responsible for maintaining a person-centred, inclusive approach to care.

In this pivotal position, you will lead a dedicated team, friendly and well-established multi-disciplinary team and will work collaboratively with colleagues. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care that meets the needs of our diverse community.

What we need from you
  • You are an experienced leader who is confident and proactive.
  • You are a strategic thinker with strong operational management skills.
  • You are highly motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
  • You are skilled in managing diverse teams and promoting an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • You have experience in implementing trauma-informed care approaches
  • You are a confident communicator who can build and maintain positive relationships with staff, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • You can problem-solve and maintain results during periods of change.
  • You need an enhanced level DBS check for this role.

  • An annual salary of £48,710 (NJC point 39)

  • 25 days holiday, and 30 once you’ve been here five years
