What you’ll be doing

As a Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner you will be working as a highly effective individual who is nurturing, reflective and can be flexible in responding to different demands.

What we need from you

  • You will be an outstanding Level 2/3 Nursery practitioner.
  • You will have high expectations of learning and behaviour.
  • You will deliver high quality childcare ensuring that the welfare requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage are consistently met.
  • You will support other staff within the nursery.
  • You will work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure that children in their care reach their full potential through the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
  • You will motivate and inspire children and adults through innovative practice.
  • You will be positive, resilient, flexible, and work well in our happy team.
  • You will share Unity’s vision and the values of the Big Life Group.
