  • Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and Azure integration.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver multiple CRM projects simultaneously.
  • Confident managing both internal developers and external consultants.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile/DevOps environment using tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing leadership and clarity throughout.
  • A Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification and a project management qualification (e.g., Scrum Master) are preferred.
  • You need an enhanced level DBS check for this role.

  • A permanent, full-time contract (35 hours per week)
  • Agile/hybrid working, with a base at the Zion Centre in Manchester
  • 25 days holiday, and 30 once you’ve been here five years.
  • A chance to work in a mission-led organisation with a technology-driven strategy.
  • A relaxed culture where you are expected to plan your own day, take breaks when you need them and enjoy your work.
  • Ongoing personal and professional development through regular supervision
  • A supportive, flexible approach to managing staff health and wellbeing, including a wide range of perks, schemes and support.
