What you’ll be doing
As an Assertive Outreach Worker, you will work with people who are experiencing problems with substance misuse across Bury, Bolton, Salford, Trafford and in a Criminal Justice setting, and who may be hard to engage or resistant to services.
Your role will involve facilitating individuals’ participation in treatment programs, ensuring their specific requirements are met by fostering partnerships with various organisations, such as Prisons, Probation, community groups, hostels, homelessness services, pharmacies, needle exchanges, and housing providers. Through collaboration, you will assist in tailoring support to suit each person’s needs effectively.
