Administrative Team Leader – NHS Manchester Talking Therapies

What you’ll be doing

As an Administration Team Leader, at NHS Manchester Talking Therapies (The Big Life Group), based at Oakland House Manchester, you will work as part of an Administrative Leadership Team to play an important role in ensuring the seamless operation of our mental health service, alongside a team of Administrators, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Counsellors and Assistant PWP’s.

You will supervise and line manage a number of administrative staff, ensuring staff are supported and confident within their roles.

What we need from you

  • You will have the ability to motivate and lead a team of administrators while driving results.
  • You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and managing a demanding workload.
  • You will be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, using initiative.
  • You will have effective communication skills.
  • You will be able to manage confidential issues in a professional manner.
  • You will be a person-centred individual with a high level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
  • You will be able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

 

What we will offer you in return

  • An annual salary of £27,350 (NJC scale, point 14)
  • A permanent, full-time contract, 37.5 hours a week, in line with service requirements and agile working arrangements.
  • 25 days holiday, and 30 once you’ve been here five years
  • A base at Oakland House, Manchester, M16 0PQ (Travel to other sites will be necessary).
