Community Voice is a user-led service, run by people who have been affected by drug or alcohol use, that works to get the voices of people who have been affected by drugs and alcohol heard in the commissioning and everyday running of drug and alcohol services in Liverpool.
We advocate for service users that experience problems with accessing treatment, and train volunteers to be advocates for service users at conferences and service evaluations.

We are for people who have been affected by drugs or alcohol in and around Liverpool, and for providers and commissioners of drug and alcohol services in the area.
We advocate for service users that experience problems with accessing treatment.
We train volunteers to be advocates for and represent service users at conferences and service evaluations.
If you run a drug or alcohol service, we can provide a total service evaluation, collecting qualitative and quantitative data through focus groups and one-to-one questionnaires, as well as assisting with in-house data collection, such as providing a postbox and postcards for your reception area to encourage service users to provide anonymous feedback.
We can also assist with establishing a service user group for your service, including training volunteers to run it, and we can provide trained individuals with lived experience to sit on service user representation committees, interview panels or focus groups.
