Welcome to the referral page for Thinking Ahead’s online taster sessions. You may have been referred to this page or have followed directions from one of our leaflets to arrive at this page.
We currently have a stress taster video which you can register to watch. In the near future we are planning to expand this offer with taster sessions on sleep management, worry and sessions delivered in Urdu.
These taster sessions are around 30-45 minutes in length and will introduce Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) skills and techniques that you can learn and continue to practice in your own time.
To register for one of these taster sessions, click on the link below and you will be directed to a form to complete. Once you have completed this form, you will be sent an email containing further information and a video link to the taster session.
