From September 2011 to April 2016, The Harvey Project provided first class housing support to people who are at risk of social exclusion due to substance and alcohol misuse. Clients may also have had mental health issues, physical support needs and risky lifestyle factors such as sex working. The service was commissioned by Liverpool City Council and delivered by Big Life.
