Priti Butler

Executive Director

Priti has 29 years’ experience of directing, leading and developing public services. Throughout this work, her strong social values base has driven a passion to deliver high-quality services to those most in need. Priti joined the Big Life group in 1998 as a senior manager and secured the position of Executive Director in 2002. Her current key areas of responsibility are skills and employment services, and health and wellbeing services. She also leads on the group’s business development.

Prior to joining Big Life, she successfully managed Care in the Community for 10 years, leading on change management from residential institutions to community based independent living.
