Mark Fitzgibbon

Mark is a practising solicitor and a Partner and Head of the Commercial, TMT & IP Team at Hill Dickinson LLP. He specialises in public procurement law and practice and commercial contract formation and negotiation and has been involved in a number of high-profile regeneration and change-management schemes across the North West over the past 15 years in the health, local government and higher education sectors. Mark has been involved with the Group since arriving to work in the North West back in 1996 and a Board Member since 1998.
