Ed Gale

Non-Exec Director

Ed is an M&A Director at Clearwater International, advising corporates and owner-managed businesses on their investment and exit strategies. He trained as an accountant at Ernst & Young, where he spent 15 years, working across the UK and Singapore.

Ed was initially involved with The Big Life group as a Trustee of Big Life Schools in 2017 before becoming a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee in 2020. He also supports any major capital investments across the Group through his involvement in the Capital Committee.
