This service offers computerised Coginitive Behavioural Therapy (Living Life to the Full interactive) to people affected by depression and/or anxiety in the Trafford area.
The service is accessed from home, and includes weekly telephone support sessions. People wishing to access the service need to have access to a computer and a broadband internet connection.
